Harvey Fung, Co-Founder
Harvey Fung, an experienced entrepreneur and investor with 20 years of commercial real estate experience, is the Managing Partner at TCG Capital LLC, an investment and portfolio management company. He is also a partner at Heng Sang Realty Corp (HSR). Notably, 82MERCER event space inspired his groundbreaking idea for Swivo Space. Harvey also co-founded successful ventures like Pistol Studios, The SEED vegan trade show and INKED Magazine, earning a strong reputation for his dedication and diverse expertise.
Ben Kung, Co-Founder
Ben Kung is an accomplished IT consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He co-founded a software and consulting business specializing in Project and Portfolio Management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Ben has leveraged his expertise to guide organizations through complex challenges and drive digital transformation. His previous roles include consulting at PwC, IBM, Mercury Interactive, and HP. He continues to deliver strategic insights that create market opportunities through technological advancements.
Shannon M. Harvey, Esq, Legal Counsel
Shannon Harvey, a licensed New York and Florida attorney, founded The Law Offices of Shannon Harvey, P.A., specializing in Probate and Guardianship Law, Trademarks and Copyrights, Breach of Contract, and Landlord Tenant disputes for corporate clients as well as families. Her office has served as private counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. She intertwines her legal expertise with a passion for Film, Music, and the Arts, leading the award-winning media project, Legal Fox TV™.

Meet our technology team based, Apexon, based in Mumbai. This group brings their expertise in software architecture, mobile development, and cloud infrastructure to help build our our event venue rental marketplace. Driven by a passion for using technology to solve complex business challenges, the team enjoys tackling the interesting problems presented by the dynamic real estate industry.

They worked with the Swivospace team to create a brand that embodies Swivo’s bold and innovative style, then colaborated with the development team to bring to life a visually dynamic and engaging website for finding your perfect space.
James Famularo

James Famularo, a renowned figure in NYC's retail leasing scene, heads Meridian's Retail Leasing team as President. Under his leadership since 2018, the division has grown to encompass 50+ brokers. He's leased over a million sq. ft., orchestrating 1,000+ leases for top-tier food and beverage establishments. CoStar has consistently recognized him as a Top Retail Leasing Broker and his team a Top Retail Leasing division since 2015. Recent milestones include leasing a 20,000 sq. ft. space to Fushimi Group near Times Square and negotiating a 14,500 sq. ft. lease for Urban Pathways in Hell’s Kitchen. Famularo's industry influence extends as a board member on REBNY's Retail Committee and active participation in ICSC.
